Medium sized businesses spend a lot of time, money and effort on CRM packages that track their prospects and customers.  You can do the same with several open source programs, but you might want to check out Zoho first.

The company continues giving Google and 37 Signals strong competition for free online product suites.  We are content with Gmail and won’t leave,  but Zoho’s CRM program just picked up tighter integration with the other Zoho products.

Now when you sign into one Zoho product, your CRM is available too. Even better:  Zoho’s CRM is free for up to 3 users.  Like any CRM, you’ll want to spend some time thinking about how granular you want your information to be, but Zoho has our vote right now for the web’s best product site, and with CRM integration into the rest of the suite, we’re more confident about that statement than ever.
