Information collected automatically. We use this information to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the website to serve advertising to you.
The RVM Ad Images application
RVM Ad Images is a private tool that we operate solely for our own use as a marketing service provider. It is not a consumer product. It has no public sign-up, no end-user accounts, and it does not collect information from the general public.
What the application does. We use RVM Ad Images to manage and automate advertising on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, on behalf of our advertising clients. The application connects to Meta’s advertising and content interfaces, the Meta Marketing API and Graph API, using credentials that Meta and our clients have authorized.
What data the application accesses. Through Meta’s interfaces, and only for the advertising accounts and pages we are authorized to manage, the application accesses and processes business advertising data. This includes page posts and content scheduled for promotion, advertising account and campaign information, audience targeting parameters defined by us, and aggregate performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and spend.
What the application does not do. The application does not collect personal information from people who see or interact with the advertisements. It does not build profiles of individuals, it does not access private messages, and it does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for their own purposes.
How we store and protect this data. Operational records such as campaign identifiers, boost logs, and performance metrics are stored in our own business systems, including Google Workspace. Access is restricted to the authorized operator. Access credentials and tokens are stored securely and are used only to operate the advertising service.
Compliance with Meta. Our use of data obtained through Meta’s interfaces complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. We use that data only to provide advertising management for the authorized accounts, and we retain it only as long as needed for that purpose.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate, and only to the extent needed. These include Meta Platforms for advertising delivery and reporting, Google for our workspace and analytics tools, and our website hosting provider. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with a legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Silver Beacon, our clients, or others.
Data retention
We keep personal information from the website only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our business records. We keep advertising data for the application only as long as needed to operate and report on the relevant campaigns. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
If you are a website visitor, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, and you may opt out of any future contact. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the European General Data Protection Regulation. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@silverbeaconmarketing.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
Neither the website nor the application is directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
